Remuneration principles

We receive regular updates from Human Resources in relation to salary and bonus reviews across OSB.

In setting remuneration for Executive Directors, the Remuneration Committee takes note of the overall approach to reward for employees and salary increases are (in percentage of salary terms) in line with the wider workforce.

Annual bonus

We take a highly collegiate approach to assess the annual bonus. We use a corporate scorecard to assess bonus outcomes throughout the organisation, with measures weighted according to role.

Executive Directors

Remuneration for Executive Directors is heavily weighted towards performance-related pay. There is an appropriate balance between short and longer-term performance targets linked to the delivery of our corporate objectives

Equity

We are committed to widespread equity ownership and have a Sharesave Plan offer for all employees. Executive Directors are eligible to participate in this plan on the same basis as other employees.
