I really want to join but can’t see a suitable role open at the moment – what do I do?

If you would like to speculatively share your details, please register on our careers portal and create a profile. Once you have created a profile, you can review our current vacancies and easily apply for future opportunities.

We will retain your details as per our Privacy Policy and may reach out to you in future, should we feel your skills and experience match a position we have available.

Will OSB Group ask for specific checks to be carried out before employment commences?

Yes, as part of the regulated Financial Services industry, we’re required to carry out a number of checks before you can join our team. All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory pre-employment screening, including:

  • verification of your right to work in the UK;
  • a credit check; and
  • a criminal record check.

We will only carry out these checks if you have received an offer of employment.
