Terms and conditions [Prize draw]

  1. The Organiser of this draw (‘the Draw’) and Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other applicable data protection law is OneSavings Bank plc or one of its subsidiaries (Precise, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries or InterBay for the purposes of the draw) registered office at Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, ME4 4ET (‘the Organiser’). Any correspondence in relation to the Draw should be sent to the following address: FAO Stephen Plimmer, at the address above.
  2. The Draw is open only to individuals over the age of 18 years who are a customer of OneSavings Bank or one of its subsidiaries currently based in the United Kingdom.
  3. The Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition, however internet access is required.
  4. The Draw will open at 11am on Thursday, 13th February 2025 (“the Opening Date”) and close at 5pm on Friday, 7th March 2025 (“the Closing Date”).
  5. Entries received after that time will not be considered.
  6. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered or not submitted due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser.
  7. One Prize: £100 Amazon voucher
  8. Entrants should refer to the terms and conditions (see below) of the Prize provider before entering the Draw. The Organiser is not responsible for any issues relating to the booking or use of the Prize.

  9. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entries if they are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser.
  10. To enter the Draw, entrants must:
    1. Complete the ‘Relational survey’ and provide their details at the end.
  11. If an entry is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 9 above, it will be rejected and will not be entered into the Draw.
  12. Only one entry per entrant can be entered into the Draw. Multiple entries from the same entrant will be disqualified.
  13. The winner will be chosen on 10th March 2025 at random.
  14. The winner will be notified by email no later than the 14th March 2025 and must provide an email address. The Prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner. Should the winner fail to provide their email address within 14 days of being contacted by the Organiser, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Organiser shall be entitled to select an alternative winner.
  15. All entrants who fulfil the criteria detailed above at paragraph 9 will have an equal chance of winning the Draw.
  16. The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment or discount and are not transferable.
  17. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s) or substitute for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original Prize(s) becomes unavailable. Any changes will be displayed on this web page.
  18. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into about such decisions.
  19. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Draw at any time without notice.
  20. By entering this Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize.
  22. The Organiser will process the personal data of the entrants (e.g., name, email, postcode) in accordance with its obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law for the purposes of the administration of the Draw.

  24. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and for their name and photographs to be used in such publicity. The winner will be given the chance to object to such publication, or ask for less information to be published.
  25. If any entrant and/or winner wishes to withdraw their consent for use of their name and image for the above purposes at any stage, they should contact the Organiser at stephen.plimmer@osb.co.uk. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Organiser before the entrant withdraws their consent.
  26. The winner’s surname and county of residence will be available 14 days after 10th March 2025 by emailing the following address stephen.plimmer@osb.co.uk.
  27. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  28. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in relation to the Draw.
